Coloratura Reed Quintet

Coloratura started at Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon. They soon were in demand for gigs throughout Southern Oregon. As a result they have become an independent professional ensemble with premier wind players.

The Coloratura Reed Quintet juxtaposes both brand new and historical music into their repertoire. Their energy is contagious as they educate audiences with music from all over the world written by composers of diverse backgrounds.
