Prisma Quintet, founded in 2021, is the result of the union between five ambitious musicians who share a great passion for chamber music. Therefore, a reed quintet was created, made up of instruments of the woodwinds family: clarinet, oboe, alto saxophone, bass clarinet and bassoon. This is an up-and-coming and innovative project in Portugal, being a quintet whose professional formation is unique in the country.

Sofia Brito Oboe Pombal, Portugal. Graduated from the Escola Superior de Música e Artes do Espetáculo – Porto. -
Rúben Neves Saxophone Ourém, Portugal. Graduated from Escola Superior de Música de Lisboa in the class of professor José Massarão. -
Samuel Marques Bass Clarinet Resident in Aveiro, Portugal. He was a student of professors António Saiote, Stanley Drucker and Pascual Martínez-Forteza. -
Maria Castro Bassoon Resident in Santa Maria da Feira, Portugal. Holds a Masters degree in Performance and Chamber Music of Hannover and Stuttgart.
